Policies

1. Updates are completed within 24 hours from the time they are received, weekend and holidays excluded. Those change requests will be filed the next business day.

2. We stand by our work and make every effort to make accurate changes, mistakes may occasionally be made and therefore it is the client's responsibility to review all changes. Clients are notified for review. If a change is necessary do to our error, the correction will be made immediately at no charge to the client, however if a change is required because of client error the change will be made immediately however the standard rate applies.

3. It is the client's responsibility to notify us when changes are required. Client's technical and all proprietary information must be submitted with complete instructions and content.

4. We ask for changes to be submitted to us by email or fax, electronically submitted requests will be processed faster. Postal mail will be processed once received and will require a retyping. No verbal

5. Broken links due to third party sites are not at our control and are not our responsibility to monitor. All changes due to third party sites will be charged at the standard rate.

6. Services provided to clients by 2 The Schultzs are to be used for lawful purposes only. Publications of any material that is deemed unlawful or are in violation of state or federal laws, this included any threatening, pornography or/and copyright information are not permitted. 2 The Schultzs reserves the right to cancel or refuse services at any time.

7. 2 The Schultz will not be held responsible for any content deemed unlawful or are in violation of state or federal laws, this includes any threatening, pornography or/and copyright information. All content is the responsibility of the website owner and therefore belongs to and controlled by the website owner, including but not limited to all blogs and forums.

Cost

All work is performed at a reasonable rate of $35 hour in 15-minute increments or a minimum of $8.75 per page. There is also a onetime set up fee for established web sites that can cost anywhere from $35 to $75 depending on the amount of work required. The set up fee is $15 if there is no existing web site.
